This Privacy and Cookie Policy informs you about the privacy practices and principles of personal data processing and use of cookies in relation to the SIA ZZ Dats product https://www.wendoapp.com and its related services (hereinafter referred to as "the Product”).

ZZ Dats has developed a Privacy and Cookie Policy, which explains the company's data processing guidelines, out of concern for the security and privacy of data processing. ZZ Dats is committed to protecting the privacy of personal data in its possession and to processing, storing and retaining only personal data that has been lawfully obtained and is necessary for the conduct of ZZ Dats' business, the fulfilment of its statutory requirements and contractual obligations, ensuring legitimate processing of data. ZZ Dats Privacy and Cookie Policy is implemented in accordance with the Regulation (EU) 2016/679 of the European Parliament and of the Council on the protection of natural persons with regard to the processing of personal data and on the free movement of such data - General Data Protection Regulation (hereinafter referred to as "the Regulation”) and other laws and regulations of the Republic of Latvia and EU institutions, which apply or may apply to this policy. What personal data do we collect?

ZZ Dats collects personal data if a person chooses to receive and use the Product services. The personal data received by ZZ Dats is with the usage of the Product and Third-Party Solutions such as Google Accounts. Other data collected includes the personal data that you voluntarily provide to ZZ Dats via email, by completing web-based questionnaires or other direct communication with you. When you send personal data to ZZ Dats, the data transmission connection is encrypted. ZZ Dats, as the data controller, processes personal data for the following purposes when providing its services:

This may include information such as your computer's Internet Protocol address (e.g. IP address), browser type, browser version, ZZ Dats service pages visited, the time and date of your visit, time spent on those pages, unique device identifiers and other diagnostic data.

ZZ Dats as a data controller does not process special categories of personal data about customers in connection with the Product and the services contained therein. By registering for the Product and/or providing personal data to ZZ Dats, the person agrees that this information may be used in accordance with the privacy conditions set out in this document. ZZ Dats will only display on the Product the information from the direct service provider that has been requested by the Product user when selecting a service. ZZ Dats will only use your Personal Data to provide the Product. Personal data is not used for any other purpose, unless ZZ Dats obtains the person's permission or if required or permitted by law or other binding regulations.

How do we use the personal data collected?

ZZ Dats may use the personal data collected to:

provide you with the services and information you have requested (including passing on information to the payment platform operator)
process your orders and formalize the necessary documents
provide you with effective customer support
gather analysis or information so that ZZ Dats can improve its Product
help prevent threats or fraudulent activity or technical problems with the Product

The personal data collected by ZZ Dats on the Product relating to you is for the use of the Product and will not be shared with third parties, other than Product Partners, for assistance and/or support in connection with the provision of the Service. ZZ Dats will have access to your content hosted on third-party software: Your use of the Service and transfer to any other application of information received from Google API will be subject to the Google API Services User Data Policy, including the Restricted Use Requirements.

What are the legal grounds for processing personal data?

ZZ Dats processes personal data on the basis of the data subject's consent (e.g. registration for the Product with a pending payment), on a contractual basis (payment for the Product has been made), on the basis of the law (accumulation of billing information to comply with accounting regulations) and on the basis of legitimate interest (accumulation of user data, accumulation of submissions and responses from data subjects).

How long do we keep personal data?

ZZ Dats keeps personal data in accordance with the defined purposes and legal grounds for processing personal data for as long as at least one of the following criteria exists:

there is a legal obligation to keep the data for a certain period in accordance with the laws and regulations
it is necessary for the pursuit of its legitimate interests
it is necessary to fulfil the contractual obligations entered into
the data subject's consent to the processing of the personal data is valid

Deletion of data

ZZ Dats ensures that all users of the Product can delete their accounts (uninstall the Product) on request. This includes deleting associated data (configuration settings). In the case of a request for deletion made by personal email, ZZ Dats will provide checks to verify the authenticity of the request, the potential impact on the ZZ Dats system and/or to comply with legal requirements. In the event that these checks take more than 24 hours, ZZ Dats will notify you by email.

Transfer of personal data

Personal data may be stored and processed in any country in which we do business. ZZ Dats may transfer your personal data to countries other than your country. These countries may have data protection regulations that differ from your country. When transferring data across borders, ZZ Dats will take steps to comply with applicable data protection laws relating to such transfers. Processing of personal data in the case of paid subscriptions

In order to ensure the provision and administration of paid subscriptions to the Service, ZZ Dats processes the following personal data:

Customer's name, surname or legal entity name
Contact details: e-mail address, telephone number (if provided)
Payment information: invoice details, payment status, subscription type and expiry date
Information about the use of the Service necessary for the accuracy of billing

Payments are processed through third party payment service providers (e.g. Stripe payment processing platform) and ZZ Dats does not store Customer's payment card details. All payment data is processed in accordance with the privacy policy of the relevant payment service provider. After making a payment, an invoice is automatically generated and sent to the Customer at the email address provided.

Your rights in relation to your personal data

If you are a data subject under the EU GDPR (for example, you are an EU citizen and you provide your personal data to ZZ Dats), you have the following rights in relation to your personal data:
